Arrow Mediation Principal Andrew Gaffey

Andrew is an Associate Member of both IAMA (Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia) and LEADR (Association of Dispute Resolvers).

Before specialising in mediation Andrew worked for 20 years in Physiotherapy. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Physiotherapy, and a Graduate Diploma in Orthopaedics. He has worked for the Universities of South Australia and Hong Kong, and owned and operated 2 physiotherapy clinics.

While operating these clinics Andrew successfully mediated more than 30 disputes between injured workers and Health Insurers, and made the decision to concentrate solely on Mediation. He then consolidated his Mediator role by completing the Practitioner’s Certificate in Mediation through the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia in the ACT.
